About Josie Burke

Josie has been a member of the Sutherlin group for the past 10 years, currently holding her broker/salesperson license. As a lifetime resident and homeowner, she is certainly a J.C. Cheerleader! Growing up in Downtown Jersey City, her in-depth expertise is only matched by her love of meeting new clients, getting to know them, and helping them find and close on their dream home as seamlessly as possible. In addition to working one on one with her clients, she recently worked as one of the two on-site sales agents at Gulls Cove Phase ii, a brand new construction, 107 unit condo building in downtown Jersey City.

Josie has witnessed the transformation of both Jersey City and Hoboken over the last 25 years and is always excited to share her favorites on the incredible local restaurants, all of the community events, and the hidden gems in the cities she knows so well. Nothing replaces knowledge, and her abundance of insight about every neighborhood in downtown Jersey City and Hoboken is key to helping her clients find the perfect home. Her commitment to that goal continues until her client’s dream home is found and beyond.
